Wellness Visit?

Has anyone sent a doll in for a "wellness" visit only to the doll hospital at AG? I'm wondering how extensive the cleaning/hair styling might be for a well-loved doll who's just in need of TLC. Thanks in advance!

I have not sent one myself, but asked at AGPNY about it. They told me that they will clean the vinyl (may be using the cleaning powder?), give her hair a good brush and re-style it in the original do.
No conditioning of the hair is included, and it did not sound like they are doing much to the cloth bodies either.
You get the hospital box, gown and balloon, as well as the "good health" certificate.
I was left with the idea that you are better off doing it yourself! At least, it will be cheaper.
